Job Description
Key responsbailties:
- Drafting contracts, preparing employee change letters, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting compliance documentation.
- Coordinating new starter processes, welcome packs, inductions, and exit checklists.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems with employee data, leave records, and reporting requirements.
- Posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Assisting with scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and updating the LMS.
- Supporting internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- General Enquiries: Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and escalating where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer/Coordinator should have:
- Experienced in HR coordination or administration, ideally within fast-paced or complex environments.
- Holding or working towards a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (e.g. Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree).
- Confident with HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, Microsoft Office).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicators with a proactive, team-first mindset.
- Passionate about building a career in HR and contributing to a positive employee experience.
