Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you will provide end-to-end support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Pre-Employment Checks and Visa Requirements: Coordinate pre-employment checks, visa requirements, and international onboarding.
  • Employee Record Maintenance and Payroll Support: Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing.
  • Benefits Administration and Training Coordination: Administer employee benefits and coordinate training and health initiatives.
  • HR Policy Advice and Legislative Compliance: Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative compliance.
  • Employee Relations Support: Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
  • HR Reporting and Project Contributions: Deliver HR reporting and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Qualifications: 3–5 years' experience in a similar HR role (oil & gas industry experience highly regarded).
  • Strong Understanding of HR Best Practices and Employment Legislation: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HRIS systems.
  • Education: Degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline (CIPD or working towards is desirable).
