This role presents a unique opportunity to design and lead a modern IT function—shaping how technology enables every part of our business.

About the Role

As the Head of Technology, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our IT department, developing and executing a company-wide technology strategy. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and innovative—supporting our operational teams, franchise partners, and guest experience across the entire network.

This is a pivotal leadership role with both strategic oversight and operational delivery responsibilities, sitting at the heart of our business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

·Design and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals

·Oversee infrastructure, software, and systems across stores and head office

·Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management frameworks

·Deliver technology projects on time and within budget

·Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships

·Provide internal IT support and foster strong stakeholder relationships

·Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative IT team

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (multi-site or QSR experience highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital projects and cross-functional teams
