We are seeking a visionary Head of School – Digital Technologies to lead the launch and implementation of the Bachelor of Digital Technology, an applied degree combining academic rigour, industry engagement, and future‑focused innovation.

You will:

· Design and deliver curriculum that blends theory with real‑world application

· Establish authentic assessments tied to industry projects

· Build strong partnerships to enhance employability outcomes

· Create flexible hybrid and online learning experiences

· Contribute to applied research in digital education

This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand. A full relocation package and visa support will be provided for the right candidate.

Skills & experience

· To be successful, you will bring:

· A Master's degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred)

· Higher education teaching qualifications (preferred)

· Proven leadership in tertiary education and/or industry

· Success in programme design and work‑integrated learning

· Experience leading innovation and collaboration in technical education

· Active or emerging research engagement

· A learner‑centred approach that empowers students and staff
