Overview

Open2view South Western Sydney provides a high standard of marketing services to the Real Estate Industry. Joining our team as a franchisee could be a great way to build your own business. This role combines running your own business with support from a network of franchisees and Open2view resources.

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality images and videos of properties that meet Open2view's standards.
  • Operate as a franchisee within a defined territory (South Western Sydney area and listed zones).
  • Engage with homeowners, real estate agents, and property developers to understand client needs and deliver compelling marketing content.
  • Follow Open2view's established processes and procedures; apply training to produce photography and videography that supports client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Area Franchisees and support teams, with ongoing mentoring and training as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships to grow the business within the agreed territory.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle and access to necessary photography equipment.
  • A passion for photography and creating high-quality images and videos.
  • Willingness to learn and follow Open2view's established processes.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking with aptitude for networking and client service.
  • Ability to operate a business and manage a flexible schedule.
What You'll Receive
  • Initial 2-4 week training with ongoing support and mentoring from Area Franchisees.
  • Exposure to a growing one-stop shop service for the Real Estate market (Digital Photography, Twilight Photography, Drone Photography and Videography, HD Video, 3D HomeView Tours, Interactive Floor Plans, Real Estate Signboards, Print Services, and a Website).
  • Open2view provides a proven business formula and training to leverage your existing skills.
  • 5-year franchise agreement with option to renew.
