The Role
We're looking for a connected, ambitious and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to drive new business sales to residential real estate agencies.
Bringing an existing network of contacts in the real estate industry, your relationship building, solution sales skills and comfort with technology will enable you to demonstrate the game-changing benefits of our solution to the mid-tier and large real estate agency market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build & Nurture Key Relationships: Leverage your existing real estate network to open doors and secure long-term partnerships.
- Sell the Unbeatable Combo: Present our powerful software + compliance services stack as the ultimate solution for mid-tier and large agencies.
- Close High-Value Deals: Pitch, negotiate, and seal agreements with fast-growing real estate agencies.
- Own Your Pipeline: Manage every step—from prospecting through contract signing to post-sale support.
- Be Face-to-Face: This is a relationship-driven role—expect to be out in the field regularly, meeting clients in person.
- Smash Your Targets: Excel at hitting (and exceeding) your KPIs—top performers get recognition and rewards.

- Proven business development background in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate services sales
- Existing network of real estate agency contacts—know the key players and hit the ground running
- Tech-savvy mindset—understand how software drives business value and demo solutions confidently
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—craft compelling pitches and close with confidence
