
Strategic Account Manager

Corpay is looking to hire a driven and customer-focused Strategic Account Manager. This key role falls under our Cross-Border line of business and requires close work with our Dealing Teams across Australia. The key purpose of this role is to build and maintain long-term relationships with major corporate customers, supporting client retention and ensuring satisfaction and effective use of our products and services. We are seeking a commercially minded FX professional who enjoys strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Role Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of key accounts; build deep relationships to maximize client retention and commercial value.
- Understand client needs and deliver value-based solutions using our products and services (international payments, foreign exchange, hedging, API integrations, online payment platforms, and global bank accounts).
- Provide exceptional customer service through account management and identify opportunities for growth.
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and work with internal teams to tailor strategies.
- At least 5 years' B2B experience managing and growing corporate relationships; experience in FX risk management is a plus.
- Results-driven, people-focused professional who thrives on building long-lasting relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proven success working with complex sales and solid CRM software experience.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for business as required to support client engagement and team collaboration.
