What We Need
Due to exciting growth, Corpay is currently looking to hire a driven and customer-focused Strategic Account Manager. This key role falls under our Cross-Border line of business and requires close work with our Dealing Teams across Australia. The key purpose of this role is to build and maintain long-term relationships with major corporate customers, supporting client retention and ensuring satisfaction and effective use of our products and services. We're looking for a commercially minded and customer focused FX professional who enjoys strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of key accounts. You'll build deep relationships with our key accounts to maximize client retention & commercial value by understanding their needs and delivering value-based solutions using our range of products and services such as international payments, foreign exchange (FX) and hedging solutions, API integrations, online payment platforms and global bank accounts. This role is tailor-made for someone looking to take the next step in their career who reveres providing exceptional customer service through the art of account management.
The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Will Include
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and implementing tailored sales strategies
- Review and understand existing hedging strategies and payment solutions
Qualifications & Skills
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' previous B2B experience managing and growing corporate relationships. Experience in FX risk management is a plus You'll be a results-driven, people-focused professional who thrives on making genuine connections and achieving targets. You are an expert communicator, confident in building long-lasting and trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and partners. You possess the ability to solve problems, negotiate and present at all levels of the organization, including executive and c-level, and have proven success working with complex sales. Solid CRM software experience is essential. Must be willing to occasionally travel for business as required to support client engagement and team collaboration.
