Key Responsibilities

Craft and Implement Visionary Strategy:Develop and drive implementation of a comprehensive payments roadmap that aligns with IMB's growth objectives, fostering innovation and scalability

Forge Strategic Partnerships:Collaborate with Payments schemes, Platform partners and key stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Enhance Digital Integration:Partner with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, customer-centric payment experiences that delight members

Boost Engagement and Growth:Lead data-powered initiatives to expand card adoption, deepen customer interactions, and drive loyalty

Optimise Operations:Streamline back-office processes to enhance productivity, minimise transaction costs, and improve overall efficiency while ensuring process are compliant

Strengthen Security Posture:Work alongside internal experts to advance fraud detection and prevention strategies, safeguarding our customers and assets

Stay Ahead of the Curve:Monitor emerging market trends, engage with the global payments ecosystem, and integrate insights to keep IMB at the forefront.

What You Bring

Extensive Expertise:10+ years in payments or financial services, with proven strategic leadership in dynamic environments

Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with NPP and Card Schemes and platforms; knowledge of fraud management systems

Current Leadership Role:Mid-to-senior position in banking, fintech, or related fields, demonstrating your readiness to hit the ground running

Partner Collaboration Skills:Proven ability to engage effectively with scheme and platform partners to deliver results

Stakeholder skills:Exceptional skills in building relationships, influencing decisions, and leveraging data for insightful, actionable strategies

Track Record of Success:Demonstrated history of spearheading innovation, accelerating growth, and achieving operational excellence in fast-paced settings.
