Senior Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, high-performing leader with a passion for delivering outcomes for the organization and community.
- This role is responsible for driving excellence, inspiring creativity, and ensuring the division's success in delivering a return to Council to re-invest in other services across the LGA.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams and possess a strong commercial mindset, experience in commercial operations and property management.
- A relevant degree and senior experience in commercial operations and property management are required.
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities are essential.
- Experience leading transformational programs and cultural change is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
- A commitment to safety, governance, and values-based leadership is expected.
