About the Role

Momentum Software Solutions is on the hunt for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves the thrill of the hunt, values connection, and thrives in a team that knows how to have a good time and get results.

You'll be the first friendly voice prospects hear – uncovering opportunities, asking the right questions, and helping organisations discover how our cloud-based ERP solutions can make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hunting for new opportunitiesacross multiple channels—your radar is always on.
  • Driving outreachusing HubSpot CRM & Sales Hub: calls, sequences, tasks—you're in control.
  • Qualifying leadsand uncovering what really matters to potential customers.
  • Connecting with prospectsthrough calls, emails, and LinkedIn—your outreach game is strong.
  • Setting up discovery meetingsthat open doors for the Sales team.
  • Educating and inspiring—showing prospects how our solutions can transform their business.
  • Keeping our CRM sharp—every interaction logged, every detail captured.
  • Staying curious—always learning, always levelling up.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Afearless attitudetoward picking up the phone and making things happen.
  • Apassion for salesand a knack for creative thinking.
  • You'rearticulate, resilient, and tenacious—you don't give up easily.
  • A naturalcuriosityand a drive to smash targets.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience insales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Confidence incommunicating with people from all walks of life.
  • Strong listening skillsand the ability to uncover real needs.
  • Familiarity withCRMs and sales tools—or the ability to learn fast.
  • Bonus points if you've got insights intoERP or SaaS—but not a dealbreaker
