Achieving individual sales target by increase customer experience and satisfaction by providing excellent service. Ensure customer confidentiality and PDPA compliance in protecting customers interest at all times.
Job Responsibilities :
• Present, promote and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
•Achieve monthly individual sales target.
•Adherence to quality assurance standards in quest to keep the consistency of accuracy and completeness.
•Assisting and handle all inbound calls related to sales.
•Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions.
•Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines.
•Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
Job Requirement :
- Proven experience with minimum 1year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing.
- Experience in selling insurance and banking product is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales a preferably over the phone.
- Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints.
