Senior Business Development Manager

As Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine—building our sales practices from the ground up, uncovering opportunities, and connecting brands to world-class talent solutions. You're a masterful representative and deep thinker attending events, conferences, workshops, client visits and more demonstrating and positioning the Preacta brand.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Growth: Build and execute sales strategies across high-growth companies and emerging markets
  • Develop Sales Vision: Owning the development of customer persona's, segmenting markets and developing well articulated new business acquisiton strategies
  • Expand Partnerships: Grow existing relationships and cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Innovate & Advise: Understand client motivators and Preacta product portfolio to develop and pitch aligned objective oriented solutions
  • Represent Preacta: Position us as a thought leader in the SaaS and talent solutions space, delivering compelling insights
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders to align on partnership strategies
  • Track & Analyse: Use tools and systems to measure progress and continuously refine approaches
What You Bring
  • Proven sales expertise in RPO, talent solutions, or HR tech
  • A relationship-first mentality (far from transactional)
  • Strong experience driving greenfield business acquisition and new logo wins
  • Strategic thinking with a flair for community building and brand growth
  • Ability to bring process rigour to a newly established function
