Equans, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand and globally, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our Mechanical and Fire Protection Services team at our Hallam office.
It is preferable that you have exposure to multi-service, facilities management, and/or a maintenance business.
You will need strong communication skills, experience scheduling technicians, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, exposure to ERP/Scheduling tools, and the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be customer-centric.
Previous administration experience in the Mechanical and Fire Protection industry is highly desirable but not essential.

What You Will Be Doing- Service administration duties such as processing purchase orders, ordering and allocating materials, managing technician scheduling, liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and technicians, and updating calendars and jobs within the ERP and scheduling tools.
- Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Maintaining customer service documentation and ESM compliance.
- Prioritizing service calls based on criticality.
- Managing Work In Progress and Open job reports.
- Following up on outstanding work.
- Planning, allocating work, and scheduling technicians efficiently.
- Working within customer portals to manage workflow.
- Producing, analyzing, and acting on job and financial reports.
