Job Responsibilities
- Establish schedule management and control processes to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide scheduling services for diverse building projects.
- Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractor programs to ensure contractual and industry standards are met.
- Prepare progress reports highlighting schedule risks and opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions and develop acceleration programs for delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and produce reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand inputs and create an integrated master work program linked to contractor schedules.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
- Experience managing mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of project processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
