Job Description- Lead and support the AP team in processing high-volume supplier invoices across multiple manufacturing sites
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions, including 3-way matching, payment runs, and reconciliations
- Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GST requirements, and manufacturing-specific procurement policies
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to support operational efficiency
- Partner with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to support production continuity and cost controls
- 5+ years' Accounts Payable experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to meet deadlines and performance targets
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, including reconciliations and payment runs
- Experience with Microsoft D365 and intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem solving
