Job Description
Join our dynamic recruitment team in Brisbane, Australia, and play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for our Travel Nurse Regional, Rural and Remote clients. As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline across various industries and roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidate resumes and qualifications to ensure a good match with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with Consultants and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
Qualifications
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and time management.
- Background in multi-site service businesses or target-driven environments.
