Perform end-to-end testing (manual and automated) of MS Dynamics CRM applications, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.

Validate data flows, integrations, and business rules within CRM and with third-party systems.

Log, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution and product quality.

Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users for effective test coverage.

Knowledge of automation testing using tools like Selenium or C#-based frameworks is a must

Experience with Agile methodologies and using tools like Azure DevOps

Good understanding of CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and security roles.

Participate in UAT support and production validation post-deployment.

Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
