Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to optimize our sales operations by managing administrative tasks and engaging directly with customers.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Commercial Operations Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks to enable the sales team to focus on customer relationships.
- Act as the CRM champion by optimizing CRM tools and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to track project progress, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process, including detailed project tracking and management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer or sales support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Product knowledge within the building industry is advantageous.
