Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for an Implementation Consultant with SaaS implementation experience to join our Marketing Compliance team.

Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Client Solutions & Innovation, you will engage with enterprise customers to articulate their rules and implement custom risk detection within our platform. This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

We seek a critical thinker focused on consulting and delivery, with initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Running workshops, managing technical inputs, and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Implementing, testing, and optimizing rules in the IntelligenceBank Platform.
  • Introducing the platform and core concepts through document scanning projects.
  • Designing rules for web scanning projects to balance false positives and negatives.
  • Converting customer requirements into rule designs and understanding client compliance environments.
  • Consulting on platform channels and use cases, including workflow integrations.
  • Leveraging AI to address business challenges.
  • Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams on features and functionalities.
  • Supporting pre-sales efforts with demos and platform advice.
  • Working with Customer Success to support project delivery and reporting.
Qualifications

This role suits someone with enterprise SaaS experience, logical problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness. We value outcome-oriented individuals eager to grow with us.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Experience leading meetings with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills for requirements extraction and refinement.
  • Ability to break down requirements into technical steps.
  • Proficiency in formulas and logical expressions.
  • Experience writing and executing test cases.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and basic SQL.
  • Comfort with both high-level overview and detailed work.
  • Hands-on experience with rules engines or similar systems.
  • High technical literacy, able to communicate with engineers and data scientists.
  • Python or other programming experience is a plus.
  • AI experience, including prompting, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in relevant industries is advantageous.
