Role Overview

This position is focused on delivering solutions, ensuring customer success, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth through the sales process for SaaS solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee the deployment of Professional Services programs, and gather requirements to ensure successful configuration tailored to customer needs.
  • Business Development: Identify areas for expanding Software or Services within current customers through ICS engagements.
Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years' experience in implementing SaaS solutions to private markets, investment banks, or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience in Private Credit / Debt, Infrastructure investments, Private Equity, Fund / Portfolio Management.
  • Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities to communicate effectively with C-level to entry level employees.
