Role overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of end-to-end technology projects, typically between
3 months and 12 months
, for clients implementing or upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and third parties to ensure successful delivery on scope, time, and budget, while championing cloud-first thinking across ERP & CRM modernisation journeys.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM
implementations and upgrades. - Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various industries, primarily in the Manufacturing
market
. - Define project scope, create delivery plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance.
- Support cloud migration and
modernisation projects
, including legacy ERP or CRM transitions to D365. - Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and quality assurance standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a
Project Manager
delivering ERP, CRM, or business systems projects, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or IT consultancy. - Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 - FinOps, Business Central, Customer Engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects with medium timelines months).
- Strong understanding of
cloud technology projects
and ERP / CRM implementation lifecycles. - Excellent client-facing communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with both waterfall and agile delivery models.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
- Experience working with small to mid-market clients or across multiple industries
- Exposure to Power Platform or Microsoft Azure is a bonus
