What you'll be doing

As a valued member of this close-knit team, you'll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations across leasing and administration.

  • Collecting all tenancy rental charges by the due date
  • Completing CPI and Fixed Rent reviews and preparing tenant correspondence
  • Updating administration forms and after-hours contact lists regularly
  • Completing Lease Administration sections of reports as required by owners
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with monthly financial reporting
  • Maintaining the Rent Relief Register
  • Preparing all lease documentation
  • Checking and updating the Tenancy Schedule monthly
  • Reception relief – answering calls, assisting customers and tenants, sorting mail
Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a retail or property environment (ideal)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative/leasing role
  • Highly organised, proactive, and motivated with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
