About the role

The role of Partnership Manager (Perth) reports to the Commercial Manager. You will play an integral role in supporting and coordinating all aspects of successful campaign management with key clients. You will lead client campaign implementation to ensure campaigns are on time, deliverables are executed as agreed, and on budget with excellent service. You will lead meetings from commencement to conclusion, with large campaigns requiring progress report meetings with the client and frequent communication. You will establish and develop strong relationships and direct lines of communication with key stakeholders and clients to ensure successful implementation of all campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client campaign implementation to ensure on-time delivery, deliverables as agreed, and on-budget performance with excellent service.
  • Spearhead meetings from commencement to conclusion and manage progress reports with clients for large campaigns.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships and direct lines of communication for key stakeholders and clients to ensure successful campaign implementation.
Our ideal candidate will
  • Have previous campaign management / sales experience within radio, media or similar.
  • Have experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables.
  • Have outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
  • Have excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
  • Be a team player with the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience within a media and/or advertising agency is well regarded.
  • A passion for sport and/or media is important.
