What you will be doing

You'll take ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, developing and overseeing creative strategies that drive measurable results. Working closely with designers, video editors, and performance teams, you'll brief and implement video, motion, and still content that aligns with campaign goals and brand tone. You'll analyse competitor activity and market trends to fuel new ideas, build out a pipeline of creative concepts to test weekly across multiple verticals, and use UGC and influencer-style content to maximise engagement and conversions.

Alongside creative execution, you'll manage budgets and optimise performance against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets, while responding to ad comments and community interactions in ways that educate, engage, and push leads further down the funnel. With regular launches of new brands and offers, you'll play a key role in driving growth, keeping messaging consistent across campaigns, and ensuring strategies stay ahead of social platform updates and trends.

You will need
  • 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns - Meta and TikTok are essential
  • Agency experience with hands-on campaign management and client-facing work
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across multiple industries
  • Understanding of creative strategy, including UGC and influencer-style content
  • Ability to brief, collaborate, and work closely with designers, editors, and performance teams
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and manage ad interactions
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Full working rights in Australia (PR, Citizen, or ongoing visa)
