About the role
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and regulatory standards? Join our vibrant Compliance team in Sydney or any of our branch locations across Australia. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Team Leader – Compliance. You will be responsible for providing a range of compliance and administrative services for our team, which specializes in strata building compliance.
Objectives
- Manage annual fire safety statements, lift registration, swimming pool, and other compliance requirements.
- Issue work orders and quote requests.
- Liaise with contractors, strata managers, and strata committees to ensure inspections and defect works are completed by renewal dates.
- Manage tasks and renewal dates for building compliance.
- Maintain building compliance pages within our Community Hub platform.
- Complete invoicing for customers as per contracts.
About you
- Ideally, you will have 2 years' experience in a similar all-rounder administrative role, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- You are known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- You can professionally interact with clients and third parties.
- You have an eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
