About the role

Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and regulatory standards? Join our vibrant Compliance team in Sydney or any of our branch locations across Australia. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Team Leader – Compliance. You will be responsible for providing a range of compliance and administrative services for our team, which specializes in strata building compliance.

Objectives

  • Manage annual fire safety statements, lift registration, swimming pool, and other compliance requirements.
  • Issue work orders and quote requests.
  • Liaise with contractors, strata managers, and strata committees to ensure inspections and defect works are completed by renewal dates.
  • Manage tasks and renewal dates for building compliance.
  • Maintain building compliance pages within our Community Hub platform.
  • Complete invoicing for customers as per contracts.

About you

  • Ideally, you will have 2 years' experience in a similar all-rounder administrative role, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
  • You are known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • You can professionally interact with clients and third parties.
  • You have an eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
