About the Role
  • Assist with compliance activities and enforcement investigations across the Division.
  • Conduct thorough document reviews and analyses in technology assisted review systems.
  • Identify vital information relevant to investigations.
  • Support project planning and delivery.
  • Undertake industry and legal research and present findings.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate complex matters.
  • Prepare draft correspondence and reports.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with technology assisted document review processes or ability to quickly understand them.
  • Knowledge of legal technology platforms such as Nuix Discover or Relativity.
  • Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office software.
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
