Practice Manager / Future Partner – Perth Accounting Firm

Join a long-standing Perth-based accounting firm with 27 years of experience providing trusted tax, audit, superannuation and consulting services to individuals and small businesses.

We're seeking an experienced tax accountant to take on the role of Practice Manager with a clear pathway to equity. This is more than a job, it's a unique opportunity to lead, grow and ultimately own a successful practice.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the practice, managing client relationships and workflow
  • Deliver high-quality tax advice and compliance work across individuals, SMEs, and SMSFs
  • Work closely with the founding partner (a Chartered Accountant with 40+ years' experience) to transition knowledge and operations
  • Drive growth and modernisation while maintaining trusted client service
  • Build towards equity ownership in the business, with a negotiated buy-in structure over time

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in public practice accounting
  • Strong expertise in tax compliance, advisory, and superannuation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine ambition to run and grow a business
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Perth
