We are offering two rare opportunities to join two of Perth's leading boutique aesthetic dental practices:

1 x Part-Time Manager(SOR) – The Applecross Dentist, Applecross
Part-time (minimum 3 days) Option to increase days if desired and suitable.

1 x Part-Time Manager (NOR) – Connolly Dental Boutique, Connolly
Part-time (minimum 3 days) Option to increase days if desired and suitable.

Although this ad is listed under Applecross, both locations are hiring — so whether you're based SOR or NOR, we'd love to hear from you.

Both practices deliver a wide range of care — from general and family dentistry to advanced cosmetic, restorative, implant dentistry, and oral surgery — with a strong focus on premium patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and compliance
  • Mentor, motivate, and support both clinical and front-of-house teams
  • Manage scheduling, recalls, rosters, and reporting systems (computer proficiency a must)
  • Systemise and improve workflows, processes, and protocols to enhance consistency and patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
  • Act as Treatment Coordinator: present treatment plans, guide patients through options, and support them with clear, empathetic communication
  • Coordinate and oversee advanced cosmetic treatment journeys with our clinicians
  • Develop patient retention and growth strategies while streamlining workflows
  • Manage stock, supplier relationships, and resource allocation effectively
  • Confidently handle conflict or challenging situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with the principal dentist to support the practice in reaching growth goals
About You
  • Demonstrated experience as a Dental Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or senior dental administrator
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, professional, and empathetic communicator, able to build trust with patients and staff
  • Skilled at implementing systems and protocols that improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and digital workflows (highly regarded)
  • Tech-savvy with practice management software and CRM systems for accurate data entry and reporting
  • A strategic thinker who balances operational detail with long-term growth
