Practice Manager – Be the driving force behind our business relocation and growth

Location: Applecross WA

Overview

Perth Dental Implant Centre is a well-established and well respected dental implant clinic renowned for delivering exceptional implant solutions and patient care as well as educational programmes. We are relocating to a new facility in Applecross. This will be a combined general, cosmetic and Implant Dental Centre with an onsite laboratory and education centre. We have a huge space with lots of plans As we grow, we are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to lead our team through this transition and beyond.

Position Summary

The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth relocation process, daily operations, staff management, patient experience, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare excellence, team culture and practice expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the relocation and renovation process ensuring minimal disruption and a seamless transition
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling in the new location
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase patient volume and revenue
  • Enhance patient experience and retention through quality service and care
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies at the new site
  • Monitor financial performance; oversee billing, collection, and budgeting
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to align with our core values and growth objectives
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote the new location and attract new patients
  • Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare practice management, ideally in dental or specialty clinics
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and regulations is advantageous
  • Proficiency with practice management and billing software
