You'll inherit an existing urban development pod and have full ownership to improve, grow, and eventually scale it into a multi-team operation.

Lead and grow a team your way, without red tape or micromanagement

Collaborate on BD and strategy with a director who wants you in the room

Set the plan, steer the culture, and create something that's yours

You're not inheriting chaos, but you are needed to coach performance, lift culture, and bring clarity. Think of it like this: you're the coach; your team captain needs support to lift the squad.

And once you've proven it? You'll be rewarded like an owner too, with shareholding on the table and the kind of upside that doesn't come with just another job.

Is this you?

Already in a leadership role (formal or informal) in civil/urban development

Strong local network across SEQ (or ready to build one fast)

You love building teams and developing people

Not afraid to own strategy, culture, and business growth

CPEng/RPEQ nice to have, but leadership and judgment matter more

Maybe you're in a Tier 1 but boxed in. Or you've hit the ceiling at a smaller consultancy. Either way, this is space to lead your way and be rewarded for it.
