Senior Civil Designer

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Designer to lead high-quality, innovative design solutions for urban development projects. As part of our Brisbane team, you'll play a key role in delivering complex civil design work from concept through to detailed documentation.

Your day-to-day will involve overseeing and producing detailed civil design for roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities. You'll review and improve design processes to drive efficiency and innovation, collaborate closely with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to create fully integrated design solutions.

This senior position offers the opportunity to take ownership of your work, influence project outcomes, and be part of a forward-thinking business that values professional expertise and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design work from concept through to detailed documentation.
  • Oversee and produce detailed civil design for various infrastructure components.
  • Review and improve design processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience in Urban Development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Advanced skills in 12D and CAD software.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
