We're seeking a Senior Civil Designer – Urban Development to join our team in Brisbane. This is a senior position where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions for a broad portfolio of projects.

  1. Oversee and produce detailed civil design for roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities.
  2. Review and improve design processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
  3. Closely collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to create fully integrated design solutions.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior designers and engineers.
  5. Support the preparation of proposals and project plans.
  6. Represent the company in client and authority meetings to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.
