Urban Development Specialist

This is a senior position where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for urban development projects.

You will oversee and produce detailed civil designs for roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities.

  • Leading design work from concept through to detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and local council requirements.
  • Reviewing and improving design processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to create integrated design solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers and engineers.
Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience in Urban Development.
  • Advanced skills in 12D and CAD.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
