This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with EY Oceania's goals and assess the impact of changes on EY Oceania and its employees.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Proven in-depth experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Formal certification in change management will be considered an advantage.
