This is a dynamic opportunity for an organisational change specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis for each programme or project, identifying impacted groups and developing plans to facilitate their transition through the change process.
  • Support stakeholders with clear communications, sponsorship, training, coaching, and resistance management.
  • Identify and analyse problems, research solutions, recommend, and implement improvements to change and communications strategy and change toolkit based on stakeholder feedback, industry best practice, and lessons learned.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders and business units regarding digital requirements.

As an organisational change specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective change strategies. You will be responsible for conducting stakeholder analysis, providing clear communications, and managing resistance to change.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues related to change management. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement effective change strategies that meet the needs of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of organisational change management principles and practices.
