Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to play a key role in minimizing disruption, maximizing employee engagement, and ensuring that change initiatives meet their intended business outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in conducting impact assessments, developing and delivering change management strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.

  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify areas of change that require attention.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver learning materials and support resources to promote stakeholder engagement and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to track and measure change readiness, adoption, and resistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on change management activities, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
