Change Transformation Specialist

This role involves leading the execution of change implementation planning and delivering end-to-end change management for specific projects.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, extensive experience in managing multiple change management projects, and strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end change management planning and delivery for specific project(s)
  • Contracting with and coaching project sponsors to achieve change leadership excellence
  • Conducting change impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
  • Defining operationalising post-go-live support and transition back into the Organisational department
  • Tracking and reporting on issues to Project Control Groups

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in change management or a related field
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple change management projects across a complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
