We're a growing marketing business that blends creative strategy, technical execution, and strong client relationships. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives on organization, marketing execution, and problem-solving. This role is a mix of inbox management, marketing production, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Inbox Management & Communication Support
- Manage and organize incoming emails, flagging urgent items and summarizing key threads.
- Respond to routine emails on behalf of the business, maintaining a professional and brand-consistent tone.
- Track ongoing conversations to ensure timely follow-ups.
Marketing & Content Execution
- Assist in creating website copy, blog posts, and marketing materials (using AI tools as needed without relying on them fully).
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and brand consistency.
- Create social media captions and short-form copy for campaigns.
- Format and schedule blog posts in WordPress (including SEO metadata).
- Update and optimize landing pages in HubSpot and WordPress.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to execute marketing campaigns.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables for campaigns.
- Communicate with vendors, freelancers, or clients for marketing deliverables.
Analytics & Reporting
- Compile marketing performance reports for clients and internal review.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on data trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or marketing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new digital tools and processes.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft and refine content.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

We are a small, woman-led boutique agency (established in 2021) servicing long-term global clients. We value professionalism and excellence in our work results while having fun and collaboration in our workday.
As a part-time employee, work will be done in our Melbourne, FL office with a set schedule that is negotiated with you. As a contractor, work can be done where you work best, with periodic check-ins or collaborative work sessions at our office or virtually.
You would work closely with the founder to learn about clients, messaging style, and projects.
