The role
  • Running a senior Commerce finance desk with access to blue-chip clients and scaling SMEs
  • Learning proven business development tactics directly from million-dollar billers
  • Delivering high-value placements in a market where fees are consistently strong
  • Option to remain a pure biller or step into leadership with a management bonus attached
What's on offer
  • Base salary above market average with transparent, uncapped commission
  • Realistic $220k–$260k+ OTE once established, with Principals and Directors earning far beyond
  • A Commerce desk covering CFO, Finance Director, Group FC, FP&A, Commercial Finance across ASX corporates and high-growth SMEs
  • Hybrid model with 2–3 Sydney CBD office days, rest from home
  • 30 days leave, birthday off, early Friday finishes
  • Incentives for high performers – international client trips, quarterly lunch clubs, leadership summits, company-wide awards
  • Career mapped to Principal, Director and equity routes
