Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant, Professional Services – Sydney. Our client is a specialist Recruitment Agency focusing on roles across Professional Services in Australia and the wider APAC region. They are a proud team of market experts who work closely with a wide range of leading employers, within both C&I and Private firms.

Responsibilities
  • This is a full 360-recruitment role, where growing a new client base is key, as will developing your own network.
  • You will research and secure new clients as well as find, screen, and build your own pool of candidates.
  • This recruitment business works on both contingent and search based roles, at the mid-senior end of the market.
  • Grow and manage relationships with high-end clients and potential candidates.

Qualifications & experience
  • At least 2–3 years recruitment experience within a professional services sector agency environment.
  • Ambitious, driven and determined, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to have conversations with high-end clients and potential candidates.
  • Experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Financial Services or Risk & Compliance would be of interest.
  • Open to relocators; sponsorship requirements apply. For sponsorship, a relevant degree and two years recruitment agency experience, or five years of experience without a degree.
