Role Overview:

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for the assessment, processing, and issuing of notices, as well as delivering accurate and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves reviewing and adjudicating documentation, managing enquiries in a call centre environment, and ensuring records are maintained in compliance with legislative and policy requirements.

About the Person:

The ideal candidate will have administrative skills, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. You will be confident in handling high call volumes and difficult conversations, comfortable interpreting policies and procedures, and capable of managing competing priorities in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and accurate information to the public via telephone, email, and online communication
  • Assess, verify, and process notices in accordance with legislation and procedures
  • Respond to correspondence and enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service in a call centre or high-contact environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality
  • Candidates with strong organisational skills and Hospitality or Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply
