Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Morwell, VIC.

You'll be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients through the buying and selling journey, conducting open homes, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role will also involve market analysis, negotiating with confidence, and staying ahead of trends in the Latrobe Valley market.

You will:


• Drive the full end-to-end sales process from lead generation to settlement


• Take ownership of full sales administration and duties as required


• Run open homes that connect and inspire buyers


• Deliver standout marketing and advertising campaigns


• Support clients with energy, confidence, and professionalism
