Montague's Pharmacy is a long-standing, community-focused pharmacy committed to delivering exceptional healthcare and customer service in Morwell. We are currently expanding and looking for motivated, friendly, and team-oriented individuals to join us in the following roles:

Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager
Retail Manager (Front of Store)
Pharmacy Assistant

Whether you're a seasoned pharmacist or just starting your career in retail or healthcare, we'd love to hear from you

1. Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and counsel on PBS and private prescriptions

  • Supervise dispensary workflow and ensure compliance

  • Provide expert health advice to customers

  • Collaborate with local GPs and healthcare providers

  • Manage Pharmacotherapy / Vaccination program

  • Manage stock control, auditing, and team training

  • Manage and maintain QCPP accreditation

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Previous community pharmacy experience (managerial experience highly regarded but not essential)

2. Retail Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-store operations

  • Lead, train, and support retail team members

  • Drive sales through promotions and excellent merchandising

  • Manage inventory, product displays, and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or store management

  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the pharmacy team

3. Pharmacy Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with products, enquiries, and purchases

  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions

  • Restock shelves, monitor product expiry, and maintain store presentation

  • Support pharmacists with general dispensary tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in a pharmacy or retail setting preferred

  • Friendly, helpful attitude with good communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit team
