Job Description:

This full-time on-site role is for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Morwell, VIC.

You'll be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients through the buying and selling journey, conducting open homes, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role will also involve market analysis, negotiating with confidence, and staying ahead of trends in the Latrobe Valley market.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Driving the full end-to-end sales process from lead generation to settlement
  • Taking ownership of full sales administration and duties as required
  • Running open homes that connect and inspire buyers
  • Delivering standout marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Supporting clients with energy, confidence, and professionalism

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-motivated go-getter who drives your own success. You'll be passionate about real estate and thrive under pressure. You'll be confident and fearless when it comes to creating opportunities.

You'll need to be organised, professional, and proactive, with a Certificate of Registration or Agent's Licence. Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage, as is knowledge of the Latrobe Valley market.
