Description: Ross Maddaluno Real Estate is a family owned and run business with over years of combined real estate knowledge and experience. We were founded in 2000 and is now entering its 25th year as a leader in sales and property management. As market leaders we operate over the vast Gippsland region and are responsible for the successful marketing of estates of land, commercial properties and residential properties.
Currently, we’re looking for a confident and capable **Office Manager** whose role is to manage day-to-day operations—ensuring business functions are organised, efficient, and client-focused.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, as well as directly with our clients.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks
- Facilitating communication between different stakeholders, including government bodies for land registration, tenancy agreement, rental bond, community groups, and individuals; acting as a point of contact for inquiries and information requests; building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders i.e. property vendors, property owners, tenants.]
- Conducting research on various topics; analysing data and information to identify trends of land, built home and rented home prices, patterns, and insights; preparing reports, briefing papers, and presentations for the Management.
- Maintaining confidential files and documents; attending meetings and taking minutes; managing correspondence and other administrative tasks.
- Working with local councils to organise relevant land titles and permits.
- Providing executive assistance to the Managing Director
- Supporting compliance and reporting requirements
- managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, supervising administrative staff, and maintaining office procedures.
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or executive support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
