We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Care Specialist to join our award-winning, fast-growing team in Sydney CBD. About the Role:

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a seamless and professional experience while contributing to the firm's growth. You'll play a vital role in acquiring new clients and ensuring every enquires are handled with care and precision.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Engaging New Clients: Responding to client enquiries via phone and live chat, providing a great first impression, and guiding them through the initial stages of their case.
• Managing Client Follow-ups: Actively monitoring follow-up queues, booking initial conferences, securing Client Service Agreements (CSA), and converting potential clients into active ones.
• Driving Client Acquisition: Supporting the team in meeting client acquisition goals
• Supporting the Client Care Team: Handling appointment bookings, reschedules, reminder calls, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities when needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to manage enquiries empathetically and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm or insurance would be an advantage
