Job Description

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using equipment and aids.
  • Transporting clients in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles).
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
