Marsupial Landscape Management are seeking a Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Western Sydney area based out of Gladesville.

Marsupial Landscape Management has been at the forefront of commercial landscape management in Australia for over 37 years. We manage large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across 4 states & a broad range of market sectors – priding ourselves on delivering the highest levels of service through innovation, horticultural expertise & our technical asset management capability.

Responsibilities include:


• Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons


• Client liaison and relationship building


• Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget


• Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating ride on mowers

Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:


• Pest and disease identification


• Hedging and weeding


• Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

About you:

  • Horticulture qualification (Highly regarded)
  • Topairy Experience
  • Valid white card
  • Chemcert
  • Customer service focus is essential
  • Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
