ABOUT YOU

  • Strong team management skills to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, OneNote & Outlook.
  • Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays if required.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to suggest improvements and drive digital culture.
  • Ability to manage strategic priorities and daily logistics.
  • Helpful, flexible, and professional personality.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or cruise ships is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead and manage a team at the port, ensuring efficient operations and coordination.
  • Ensure adequate resources and staffing for operations.
  • Maintain communication with cruise ships, internal teams, and external stakeholders, including Port Authorities.
  • Collaborate with the Port Delivery Team Manager to foster good relationships with cruise lines and report operational feedback.
  • Plan and book shore excursions across Australian ports; travel may be required.
  • Manage operational incidents to minimize impact.
  • Handle last-minute changes with suppliers effectively.
